Masters 2-Week Trial Experience rowing with the Pacific Rowing Club community! This 2-week trial is designed for adults interested in joining our Masters Program.

Participants will row alongside our Masters crews, receive coaching on technique, fitness, and teamwork, and get a firsthand feel for PRC’s training environment.

 Fee: $50.00
Duration: 2 consecutive weeks from your first session
Includes: Access to coached practices, equipment use, and weight-room training. To begin your trial, please contact info@pacificrowingclub.org to coordinate your start date and schedule based on coach and equipment availability.

Who should register: Adults interested in PRC’s Masters Program (no prior experience required).
How it works: Your 2-week window starts on your first attended practice.
After you register:
  1. Email info@pacificrowingclub.org with your preferred days/times and brief goals/experience. 
  2. Complete the PRC waiver (link will be sent). We’ll confirm coach & equipment availability and your first session. 
    1. What to bring: Athletic layers, hat/sunscreen, water bottle. 
    2. Where: Pacific Rowing Club, Lake Merced. Arrive 10 min early.
    3. Sessions may include: On-water rowing, erg technique, and weight-room work (as appropriate). 
Notes: Weather and safety may adjust session type or timing.
