Adult Rower
Advanced/Competitive Sculling & Sweep - Adult rowers with prior rowing experience wishing to train and race at a high level; Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:15-7:00 AM; Saturday 6:00-8:00 AM
Foundations of Rowing -- Adult - Foundations of Rowing is open to rowers who are returning to the sport after a few years or who have completed a learn-to-row session (all 5 classes), or the equivalent.
Intermediate/Open Sculling & Sweep - Adult rowers who have at least 1 year of rowing experience or have graduated Foundations of Rowing at BCR or the equivalent; Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00-10:00 AM

Youth Rower
Collegiate Summer Team/U23 - U23/Collegiate summer team is open to experienced collegiate rowers, coxswains, and incoming college freshman who are experienced rowers, with a focus on developing your personal skill and fitness at a competitive level.
Collegiate Winter Erg - Collegiate-specific erg sessions running from December 18th through January 12th. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday; 6:30-8:30 AM. Partcipants can bring their own workout to complete or participate in the coached workout provided for the day. Collegiate rowers can also drop in to as many coached adult erg sessions per week as they would like. Coached adult erg sessions are held Weds/Fri 5:45-7:00 AM, Mon/Tues/Thurs 6:30-8:30 PM, Sat 9:00-11:00 AM.
