2025 Learn-to-Row 301 Program - FALL PRICING - Attention, Learn-to-Row 201 graduates: Take the next step in your rowing journey with Hanlan's four-month-long Learn-to-Row 301 program at a discounted membership rate.  Coaches will help you to refine your rowing technique, as well as master specific boating skills, so you are ready to row independently on Lake Ontario.

2025 Masters Competitive Program - FALL PRICING - The Masters Competitive program is designed for experienced adult rowers, ages 21-80+, who want to train seriously with other like-minded athletes and receive expert coaching.

2025 Masters Recreational Program - FALL PRICING - The Masters Recreational program is for adults interested in building fitness and improving rowing skills while having fun with fellow rowers, ages 18-80+.

2025 U23 / Seniors Competitive Program - FALL PRICING - The U23/Senior Competitive program is for university rowers, recent graduates and highly competitive adults, ages 19+. Full season runs April-November. Summer season runs May-August.

2025 Junior Competitive Program - The Junior Competitive program is for athletes, ages 12-18, who have completed Hanlan's Junior Development Program or are currently part of a high school rowing team. The focus of the program is to develop sculling and sweep rowing skills, physical fitness and racing experience. Full season runs April-October. Summer season runs June-August.

2025 Junior Development Program - FALL PRICING - The Junior Development program is for rowers ages 11-19.  Rowers will meet three afternoons each week to improve rowing skills, increase fitness and develop on-the-water confidence.
