Adult Rower
Master Competitive 2026 - The Masters Competitive program is designed for experienced adult rowers, ages 21-80+, who want to train seriously with other like-minded athletes and receive expert coaching.
Masters Recreational 2026 - The Masters Recreational program is for adults interested in building fitness and improving rowing skills while having fun with fellow rowers, ages 18-80+.
U23/Seniors Competitive 2026 - The U23/Senior Competitive program is for university rowers, recent graduates and highly competitive adults, ages 19+. Full season runs April-November.
Youth Rower
Junior Competitive 2026 - The Junior Competitive program is for athletes, ages 12-18, who have completed Hanlan's Junior Development Program or are currently part of a high school rowing team. The focus of the program is to develop sculling and sweep rowing skills, physical fitness and racing experience. Full season runs April-October. Summer season runs June-August.
Junior Developmental 2026 - The Junior Development program is for rowers ages 11-19. Rowers will meet three afternoons each week to improve rowing skills, increase fitness and develop on-the-water confidence.
