Private Lessons - Use this link to register for an iCrew account to pay for private lessons. Scheduling for private lessons is done over email. Joining this team does not schedule private lessons for your athlete. To schedule - email youthinfo@pocockfoundation.org.
Winter MS Gold Squad 2023 (no space available) Join wait list - The Middle School Gold winter training program will prioritize developing athletes' physical literacy and movement mechanics through a combination of cross-training, strength training, and rowing activities. Athletes will get to experience some higher intensity workouts while maintaining a safely balanced training load. Weekday sessions will be on land while Saturday sessions will be on the water. This program is appropriate for athletes who are interested in competing with MS Gold in the spring.
Winter U17 Green Squad 2023 (no space available) Join wait list - This U17 program will introduce athletes to the land training elements that support performance development. Athletes will develop foundational weight lifting skills, become familiar with proper erg training, and will get to experience higher-intensity pieces. Weekday sessions will be on land while Saturday sessions will be on the water. This program is appropriate for athletes who are interested in exploring a Gold program later this year and for those who want to develop their fitness.
Winter U19 Squad 2023 (no space available) Join wait list - This winter training session will have an increased focus on strength development while continuing to work on building athletes' aerobic capacities. Training activities will include weight lifting, mobility and stability work, erging and RP's, on-water sessions, and video review. The weekday sessions will be on land while Saturdays will be on the water. Green and Gold Squads will train together in this program. This program is appropriate for athletes who are looking to stay active and increase their fitness as well as those who are looking to compete at a high level this coming spring.
