Introduction to Indoor Rowing Session 3

Saturdays, Jan 3, 10, 17, and 24th 2026 10:00-11:00AM  Introduction to Indoor Rowing is a FREE program consisting of four 1-hour classes, facilitated by BCR coaches and athletes, to teach adult athletes the basics of the rowing stroke on the Concept2 RowErg (indoor rowing machine).

Registration Instructions

These classes are sequential and skills build on the previous week's lessons. Please ensure that you can attend all classes in this session before registering.
