Before your first day please be sure that you paid or initiated payment for the season and signed both the Participation Agreement and the Code of Conduct. This should be done via iCrew; reach out to icrew@belmontrowing.org if you have any trouble navigating iCrew.

Be sure that you've subscribed to the BRC Youth Newsletter by emailing icrew@belmontrowing.org and that your rower has subscribed to the BRC Youth Whatsapp group and that you've subscribed to the BRC Parents Whatsapp group.If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Youth Parent Liaison, Scott Phillips, at BRCmember@belmontrowing.org.
