Registration Instructions

COMPLETE THIS FORM, AND USROWING REQUIREMENTS, BEFORE ROWING AS AN OSU-CRC SUMMER DOCK-ONLY MEMBER IN 2025.



You must have an up-to-date (1) USRowing membership (2) USRowing waiver and (3) SafeSport self attestation: https://membership.usrowing.org/ — your status affects CRC’s liability insurance and regatta eligibility. (CRC’s club code is XCYMR.) If you plan to compete, you must have the Championship-level membership or the Basic membership with the Regatta Package.



You may not invite a guest onto the water via the Oregon State Rowing Center or allow use of any Oregon State University (OSU) or CRC equipment without approval from the CRC Board and a signed waiver/release of liability, even in a privately-owned boat.
