You will need to have experience as a rower or you will have needed to have completed a Novice season of rowing. Which means a spring, summer and fall season of rowing. Rowing goals should include a desire to race and to actively compete for seat and boat placement. Your participation in regattas will be based on your overall skill level and be determined by the coach. Boating for races will be competitive.
