Adaptive Learn-to-Row Clinic Fall 2026

This Learn to Row Program is an introductory, 4-week clinic designed to introduce adaptive athletes with lower extremity amputations to the sport of rowing. Over the course of 8 structured sessions, participants will learn core rowing mechanics, essential boat terminology, and safety protocols in a fun and supportive environment. This program will offer hands-on experience both on land using indoor rowing machines (ergometers) and initially on the water in modified training shell configurations

Dates: Sept. 23rd - Oct. 17th
Schedule: Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm AND Saturdays 10am-noon

Registration Instructions

PLEASE NOTE:
- The clinic has limited spots available. Only register for the clinic if you anticipate attending at least 6 of the 8 sessions.
- All participants are required to purchase a $10 USRowing Learn to Row membership. 
- The Indianapolis Rowing Center is located within Eagle Creek Park. Please purchase a park pass here. Use code 26ROWING to receive a discount on your pass. 
- Please be aware that during the clinic, participants must navigate gravel paths, steps, and uneven ground to get to the dock. Participants should be comfortable operating in an outdoor environment for up to 2 hours per session, and utilizing and moving around facilities with standard/basic amenities.
