RowAthlete BRONZE Winter Training 26-27

For current Competitive and Performance rowers!
This 3 month program is designed to improve 1k erg testing times and prepare for competition in the Spring 2027 season. 
NEW ADDITION! We are now offering dedicated 1hr lifting sessions in the mornings and evening through the week!

Location: CrossFit AFCO (10650 Bennett Pkwy Ext #100, Zionsville, IN 46077)
Dates: November 30 - February 28
Practice Schedule: Membership includes any 3 of the 14 weekly sessions! Mix and Match RowAthlete erg sessions, RowAthlete lifting sessions, and RowFit fitness sessions

RowAthlete Lifting
- Monday & Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm
- Wednesday & Thursday 6:45am - 7:45am

RowAthlete Ergs
- Tuesday & Friday 6-7:30am
- Wednesday & Thursday 6:30-8pm
- Saturday 9-10:30am

RowFit 
- Monday & Tuesday 6:30-8pm
- Wednesday & Thursday 6-7:30am
- Saturday 10:30am-noon

Registration Instructions

The IRC membership fee does not include the required $55/month AFCO membership fee paid directly to CrossFit AFCO. 

All participants are required to fill out this AFCO Waiver

NOTE: Members registering for all memberships will be held responsible for the entire cost of the membership. The Indianapolis Rowing Center will not refund class fees or membership fees, except in cases of injury, illness or death.
