Winter indoor training for middle school rowers. Learn and sharpen rowing technique on the erg, build fitness, and have fun with teammates.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45 pm–4:45 pm at AFCO Crossfit.

*Please note: We have reviewed the survey responses and a rolling arrival is the best approach. Your Middle School rower is welcome to arrive at their earliest connivence within the time frame. This also provides more hands on learning from our head coach!

Registration Instructions

Log in to your Parent iCrew Account. If you are new to IRC, please register as a Junior Parent/Guardian first. Then come back and Register here.
• Under Parent Profile, select "Tap to create child account" and create your child’s account (returning families can select their existing athlete).
• Add or confirm your athlete’s profile (name, age, DOB, emergency contact, etc).
• Select “Junior Middle School Winter 26-27”.
• Complete required waivers and the medical/emergency form.
• Submit payment of $200 to confirm enrollment.
• Athletes also need an AFCO Crossfit membership ($55, paid directly to AFCO Crossfit).
