This registration is intended to be used with a punch card only and is not for standard membership (unlimited attendance). After completing all registration information, please visit the club store to purchase a punch card in increments of 1 or 10. This should automatically set your profile for punch card use. Please be sure to check out the "to-do list" under the "Your Home" icon to ensure all required items are completed.
