Registration Instructions

Alumni Drop-In — How to Register

  1. Complete this Drop-In registration. 
  2. Email infor@pacificrowingclub.org or Andre@pacificrowingclub.org
    with your preferred date(s)/time(s) and a brief note on experience/goals. 
  3. Submit the PRC waiver (under documents in iCrew) before attending. 
  4. We’ll confirm your session based on coach & equipment availability. 
  5. Arrive 10 minutes early at the PRC boathouse (Lake Merced). Bring water, layers, hat/sunglasses. Sessions may include on-water, erg, and weight-room work, depending on conditions. 

 Note: Poor weather or safety conditions may shift training to land (erg/weight room).
