Registration for Parents of New Athletes

Our Novice Rowing & Racing program is designed for SI student-athletes—whether they’re true beginners curious about the sport, or athletes with some prior experience. This is a club program, run prior to our in-season spring schedule. No prior knowledge or experience necessary. Athletes new to the sport are introduced to the basics of sweep rowing, while those with prior experience have the chance to refine their technique and continue building strength and endurance. This is an excellent opportunity for student athletes to familiarize themselves with the sport, coaches, team culture and gain race experience, all prior to tryouts. If your child is not playing another sport, we highly encourage this opportunity!

Registration Instructions

Parents, please make sure to fill out your profile thoroughly, especially preferred email/phone, to ensure the system fields are filled and you will receive all communications.



Once registered, you will be prompted to create a new iCrew account for your daughter on the next page. You must have separate accounts. 
Click Register under "Athletes of Novice Girls" -  Please fill out your daughter's profile thoroughly and be sure to LIST ANY ALLERGIES OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

Once you have completed your iCrew parent and athlete registration, your daughter is ready to sign up for the Fall/Winter Club Season.


Athlete Instructions: 
Log into your iCrew account. (must be done from the athlete account)
Click  "Your Home"
Click "Teams"
Click  "Join or Leave Teams"
From there choose your selected team:
Choice 1: '26 Fall Club NOVICE, Aug 26 - Nov 4

Choice 2: '26/'27 Winter Club NOVICE, Nov 11 - Jan 29

Choice 3: '27 Winter Club NOVICE, Jan 6 - Jan 29


Please be aware that once you register for the season we are unable to process refunds, as your spot is reserved and program resources are allocated.

There will be documents for you and your child to fill out on the member profile page.
