2026 Youth Summer Intensive: WEEK 3 July 6- July 10

M-F 8:15 AM-10:45 AM
Open to rowers who have completed the VIRC Spring 2026 season, or with the Coach's permission. This session is intended for experienced rowers (mature high school and recent high school graduates) who want to focus on overall fitness and advanced technique. This is a good opportunity to prepare for fall racing and may include additional summer racing (at an additional cost). *by instructor approval only
