Middle School Spring 2026 - The Middle School program will continue under the leadership of Coach Sharon, moving from two practices per week to three practices per week. This change allows for additional development time on the water and better overall continuity.
Practice times will be:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30–8:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
The shift to 6:30–8:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays will allow for increased coaching time with our Director of Rowing and reduce overlap and conflicts with the junior team practices.

Youth - Juniors Black Team - Spring 2026 - The Red and Black Teams are one Team and will practice at the same time and have the same coaching staff, but will have different focuses. Red Team practices Mon-Fri (NO SAT PRACTICE) from 4:30pm-6:30pm. The Red Team is for rowers that typically fit in one or more of these categories: rowers in their first two years of high-school rowing still learning technique and rowing skills, younger rowers (freshmen and sophomores), and/or rowers who have other commitments outside of rowing and do not want to be tied to being at the boathouse daily or attending every regatta. Our rowers who are still learning, who are working towards gaining the skills and working their way up to the Black team, and who are looking to row for fun are very successful on the Red Team. Our Black Team is our more experienced, usually upperclassmen rowers who have decided that rowing is where they want to commit their time and are dedicated to being here 6 days a week.

Youth - Juniors Red Team - Spring 2026 - The Red and Black Teams are one Team and will practice at the same time and have the same coaching staff, but will have different focuses.
