Registration for Parents of Girls Novice Rowing & Racing Program - Our Novice Rowing & Racing program is designed for SI student-athletes—whether they’re true beginners curious about the sport, or athletes with some prior experience. This is a club program, is run prior to our in-season spring schedule. No prior knowledge or experience necessary. Athletes new to the sport are introduced to the basics of sweep rowing, while those with prior experience have the chance to refine their technique and continue building strength and endurance. This is an excellent opportunity for student athletes to familiarize themselves with the sport, coaches, team culture and gain race experience, all prior to tryouts. If your child is not playing another sport, we highly encourage this opportunity!
